These interim terms describe basic expectations for using the VCare Association website. They are not comprehensive program, donation, or service terms.
Informational purpose
Website content provides general information about VCare Association, its programs, and ways to make contact. Information may change as programs, capacity, and verified records develop. Reasonable care is taken, but completeness or continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Requests and applications
- An assistance request does not guarantee eligibility, support, timing, or intervention.
- A volunteer application does not guarantee selection, placement, or approval.
- A partnership inquiry does not create a partnership, endorsement, or commitment.
- A Digital Uplift application does not guarantee approval, sales, ranking, growth, free hosting, or a free domain.
VCare is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate local emergency service if someone is in immediate danger.
Respectful use
Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, submit information without appropriate knowledge or consent, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site. Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and avoid unnecessary sensitive data.

Unless otherwise stated, VCare Association owns or is authorized to use the text, branding, and original materials on this site. Do not reproduce or present them as an endorsement without permission. External links are provided for convenience; VCare does not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.
